Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Upon arrival to Hanoi, you will be picked-up by private car or van and dropped-off at your Hanoi hotel.

Transportation: Hanoi Airport to Hanoi Old Quarter Hotel by Private Car or Van

Day 2: Hanoi City
Around 8:30, you will be picked-up from your hotel. Remember to dress respectfully (long dresses or pants) as we will be visiting some local holy sites.

Today, you will visit the Ho Chi Minh complex which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of the Vietnamese great father Uncle Ho. Then we'll visit President Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, where he lived on and off between 1958 and 1969. Lastly, we'll head to the One Pillar Pagoda, a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square lake.

From the Ho Chi Minh complex, we'll drive to West Lake for a visit of Tran Quoc pagoda and have lunch. After lunch, you'll visit the Temple of Literature and the Museum of Ethnology – the most interesting museum in Hanoi that focuses on the 54 official Vietnamese ethnic groups. After that, we'll visit Hoan Kiem Lake (Restore Sword Lake).

You will end your day walking around Hanoi's Old Quarter before getting drop-off at your hotel.

Day 3: Hanoi to Halong Bay
We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:40 and start our drive to Halong Bay. Enjoy the peaceful scenery as we drive through the countryside and admire the endless rows of rice paddies. 
By noon, we’ll arrive at Tuan Chau harbor, board the boat and begin the cruise on Halong Bay. Relax, enjoy your welcome drink, fill your stomach with the on-board lunch, and check-in at Fantasea Boat, which will be your accommodation for the night as we cruise Halong Bay.

We'll make some stops at the beach and caves for you to have fun swimming, take pictures, kayak and discover the beauty of Halong Bay. After enjoying your fun time, you’ll return to the boat and learn how to make spring rolls.
As evening falls, you will enjoy dinner on the boat and relax. You can even party with the on-board karaoke, squid fishing or just knock back a few drinks on the sundeck.

Day 4: Halong Bay to Hanoi
Rise early to spot a beautiful sunrise and enjoy breakfast. You’ll have more activities such as a swim or a climb to the top of the mountain to admire the spectacular view of Halong Bay.  Lunch will be served on the boat while cruising back to the harbor. Upon arrival back to the mainland around noon, you’ll switch from boat to minibus and start your trip back to Hanoi.

You will be dropped off at your hotel or at other points in Hanoi's Old Quarter in the late afternoon.

Later in the evening, you will be picked-up at 21:00 from your hotel and dropped of at the train station to catch the night train from Hanoi to Hue which departs at 22:20.

Day 5: Hue Arrival
You'll arrive to Hue at around 10:52 and you'll get transfer to your hotel.

You are free to explore the town at your own leisure.

Day 6: Hue City
You will meet up with your guide around 8:30 at your hotel in Hue. Your day will start with a boat trip along the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda that was built in 1601, which is known as the symbol of Hue. Then you'll continue by car to the Imperial City - the capital of Vietnam from 1802 - 1945, it was recognized as a World Heritage Site.

After lunch at a local restaurant, we'll visit the Tu Duc Mausoleum - one of the most spectacular Royal Tombs in Hue, located in a narrow wooded valley in Duong Xuan Thuong village, 8 km from the former imperial capital of Hue. The tomb was designed by the Emperor Tu Duc himself and was built between 1864 and 1867. Not far from Tu Duc Mausoleum, you will also be visiting the Khai Dinh Mausoleum, built from 1920 - 1931. Khai Dinh Mausoleum is made mainly out of reinforced concrete rather than the traditional stone, a truly bizarre mélange of ancient and modern Western and Vietnamese architectural styles.

At the end of the day, we'll make short stops at Incense-making village and Conical hat-making village on our way back to Hue City.

Day 7: Hue - Hoi An
After having breakfast at your hotel, you'll be leaving Hue at 9:00 and driving to Hoi An. The ride will arrive in Hoi An around noon, where we'll have lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, you'll be on a private city tour in the Ancient Quarter of Hoi An and discovering the historic town which used to be a prosperous seaport city during the 17th to 18th centuries. The city tour includes a visit to Japanese Covered Bridge, Phung Hung Ancient House, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Hoi An local market.

Day 8: My Son Holy Land and Hoi An traditional villages
Departing from the hotel at around 8:00 to My Son Holy Land - the Hindu center of Champa Kingdom between the 4th and 14th centuries, located 55 km west of Hoi An. Enjoying the Cham Dance for half an hour as soon as we get to the site. Afterwards, you'll have some spare time to explore the Holy Land on your own.

After lunch, you'll be taking a cruise along the Thu Bon River to Thanh Ha Pottery Village & Kim Bong Carpentry Village.

Day 9: Free and Easy
Enjoy your free day exploring the town, see the daily life of local people or let yourself relax by laying down on the sandy beach of Cua Dai.

Day 10: Hoi An to Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City
Leaving Hoi An and driving to Da Nang airport, where catching a flight from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City. From Tan Son Nhat airport, you will be transferred and dropped off at your hotel.

Day 11: Cao Dai temple and Cu Chi tunnels
Depart Ho Chi Minh City at 8:00 in the morning for Tay Ninh where the scenery changes totally with views of rice paddies, villagers drying noodles by the side of the road… the daily activities of locals.

Arriving Tay Ninh at noon, visit Cao Dai Great Temple which is considered as “Mecca” of Caodaism with special architecture that could have come straight from Walt Disney fantasy and the major faiths of the world have blended together in a unique religious cocktail. Founded in 1925, the temple is home to the Cao Dai religion - the sect's belief is that all major religions of the world came from the one source and belong to one god. The colorful and unusual murals that cover the temple's interior will catch your attention with their brilliance.

After lunch in a local restaurant, visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels in which an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters (Viet Cong) during both the French and American wars. In Ben Dinh or Ben Duoc tunnel you can imagine what it was or to be a guerrilla with a Russian Carbine rifles and AK 47's in the Shooting Range. In the late afternoon, drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta
You will be picked-up at around 8:00 and drive to Cai Be Town (about 3 hours drive), deep in the Mekong Delta - the second largest Delta in the world, and embark on a private boat. The tour begins by visiting the colorful Cai Be floating market, some local home-made workshops that produce rice paste, rice popcorn and coconut candy.

Proceeding to evergreen islands among the Mekong River through a large network of meandering tributaries, crisscrossed with countless arroyos. Lunch is served at a local home before cruising to Vinh Long to discover beautiful landscapes along the river and observe the typical Mekong Delta rural life.

In the afternoon, drive to Can Tho.

Day 13: Mekong Delta to Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast, check out from the Hotel and take a small local boat cruising to visit colorful Cai Rang Floating Market, which is considered as the largest floating market in South East Asia, there will be hundreds of boats laden with fruits, vegetable, and fish, jostling for trade. Drive back to Saigon with a lunch stop on the way.

Day 14: Ho Chi Minh City Departure
Transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for your departure.
