Welcome to Koh Tao! Arrive on the island and check in to your accommodation at The Dearly Koh Tao Hostel. Take today to relax, settle in, and soak up the island vibe. You might want to stroll down to the beach, explore the nearby cafés, or simply unwind after your journey. This free day gives you time to adjust, rest, and get excited for your diving adventure starting tomorrow.

Day 2: Koh Tao
After enjoying a relaxing breakfast, begin your scuba diving adventure with the first stage of the PADI Open Water Diver Course. You'll start by watching the introductory videos (Chapters 1–3), learning essential theory through self-paced e-learning modules that cover everything from dive equipment to underwater communication and safety protocols.
Once you've completed the Knowledge Development quizzes, head to the pool in the afternoon for your Confined Water Session. Here, you'll practice foundational skills such as mask clearing, regulator recovery, and buoyancy control in a safe, controlled environment. This is your first real taste of breathing

Your final day of diving begins early at 08:00 you'll head out for Dives 3 and 4, where you'll demonstrate more advanced skills such as navigation with a compass and controlled emergency ascents. These dives often take place at slightly deeper dive sites and allow you to gain more confidence and experience underwater.
After returning to shore, you'll complete your final written exam, review and log your dives, and go through the certification process with your instructor. By the end of the day, you'll officially become a PADI Open Water Diver, certified to dive independently to a depth of 18 meters (60 feet) anywhere in the world!

After returning to shore, you'll complete your final written exam, review and log your dives, and go through the certification process with your instructor.
