Itinerary
The experience begins with a hotel pick-up followed by a visit to a traditional local market, where you can explore local food culture and select fresh ingredients. After transferring to Cam Nam Village, you will walk with local farmers through cultivated fields and meet three generations of a farming family, learning about natural farming practices, intercropping, and sustainable agriculture while engaging in meaningful conversations and light seasonal activities.
The journey continues with a visit to the home of the village’s last traditional folk musician, where you can listen to and try playing traditional instruments in an intimate, non-staged setting. You then stop at a centuries-old banyan tree and the Five Elements Temple to learn about the spiritual and communal life of the village. In the fishing village, you will meet local fishermen, try traditional net weaving, hear personal stories of life by the river, visit an authentic fishing boat, and enjoy a peaceful basket boat ride through nipa palm waterways. The experience concludes with a hands-on cooking class featuring local Vietnamese dishes, followed by a shared meal before returning to the hotel.
