Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi to Ha Giang 
Make your own way to the sleeper bus office by 20:20 to check in. You'll then board your overnight sleeper bus to Ha Giang. The journey takes approximately 8 hours, with arrival expected around 4:00 AM.

Transportation: Hanoi to Ha Giang City by Sleeper Bus 

Day 2: Ha Giang City to Yen Minh 
Welcome to Ha Giang! Upon arrival, you’ll check into your local accommodation for a few hours of rest before the adventure begins at 8:00 AM. Later, hop on the back of a motorbike with your private English-speaking driver and set off on the legendary Ha Giang Loop. Today's ride winds through breathtaking landscapes, including Bac Sum Pass, Heavenly Gate, and Fairy Mountain. End the day with a peaceful stroll among the tranquil pine forests of Yen Minh, then settle into your cozy homestay.

Day 3: Yen Minh to Pa Vi 
Today’s journey takes you deeper into the majestic Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark and its rich cultural heritage. Enjoy panoramic views from Tham Ma Pass, visit Sung La Village, and explore the historic Hmong King’s Palace. Continue north to Lung Cu Flag Tower, Vietnam’s northernmost point, and the nearby ancient Lo Lo Chai Village. After lunch in Dong Van Town, stretch your legs on a scenic walk along the Ma Pi Leng Skywalk, offering dramatic views of one of Vietnam’s most legendary passes. Reunite with your rider and continue to Pa Vi Village for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Pa Vi to Du Gia 
Begin your day with a memorable boat trip on the Nho Que River, where you’ll cruise between the towering cliffs of the breathtaking Tu San Canyon. Then, hop back on the motorbike and journey through scenic mountain roads toward Du Gia Village, passing landmarks like the dramatic M Pass and the serene Lung Ho viewpoint. In the evening, immerse yourself in local life with traditional games, music, and stories before enjoying dinner at your Du Gia homestay.

Day 5: Du Gia to Hanoi 
After breakfast, take a refreshing dip at the Du Gia Waterfall before saying goodbye to your warm-hearted hosts. Begin the return journey to Ha Giang, with a cultural stop at Lung Tam Village to observe traditional Hmong textile weaving. Arrive in Ha Giang in the late afternoon. You’ll have time to freshen up at your homestay before boarding the overnight sleeper bus back to Hanoi.
