Itinerary

Day 1: Hong Kong to Nanning 
Make your own way to Hong Kong Central Railway Station. From there, get on board a fast rain to Nanning, also known as the "Green City." The city and its surroundings offer backpackers an enticing blend of vibrant street life, lush parks, and a gateway to the unique culture of Southern China. The journey will take approximately 4 hours. On arrival at the station, meet your driver for a private transfer to your hostel in central Nanning.

Day 2: Nanning 
Day at leisure to explore the neighborhood on your own!

For an adventurous outing, we highly recommend a visit to the stunning Detian Waterfalls, nestled on the China-Vietnam border. This breathtaking natural wonder, acclaimed as Asia's largest transnational waterfall, cascades over three tiers amid lush, green surroundings, creating a picturesque landscape that's a dream for any nature lover or photography enthusiast. 

Alternatively, if you prefer a more relaxed day, stay in Nanning and visit Qingxiu Mountain, often touted as the greenest park in China. Here, you can immerse yourself in serene gardens, ancient temples, and rolling green hills, providing a perfect urban escape to reconnect with nature and unwind.

Day 4: Nanning to Hanoi 
After breakfast, pack your belonging before check-out and meet your driver for a transfer back to the railway station. Board the international overnight train and start your journey across South China’s unspoiled countryside all the way to Hanoi, the buzzing capital of Vietnam.
