Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Syange
You leave in the morning for about 8 hours scenic bus drive to Syange'. Its a black topped and bumpy road which takes us to syange. You might need to change the bus at Besisahar depending on the road condition Driving time: approx. 7-8 hours Heights: Kathmandu 1350m, Syange 1100m Overnight: In teahouse

Day 2: Syange to Tal
After breakfast we continue our trek following the dusty road for about 2 hours to chamje and after crossing over the bridge we head up hill walking following the trekking trail to Tal. Enjoy the natural water fall and stay overnight in tal. Trekking time: approx.4-5 hours Heights: Tal 1700m Overnight in tea house.
Day 3: Tal to Thanchok
We continue our trekking trail after breakfast for about an hour and we hit the dusty road again for about two hours to Danaque. On the way we could see view of Mt. Manaslu. After Danque we avoid the dusty road and walk steep up hill through forest to Timang for about 1 hrs from where we could have nice view over mountain. After having lunch we follow the road again to Thanchok. Thanchok is a big Gurung village and we could also see nice mountain view from here. Trekking time: approx. 5-6 hours Heights: Thanchok2500m Overnight in tea house.
Day 4: Thanchok to Pisang
We follow the road again throw the pine trees all the way to Chame. Chame, the administrative centre of the Manang district. It is a large village packed with small shops and tea-houses, an army post and a large school. From here we follow the marshyangdi river all the way to pisang from where you could have nice view of Mountain.You could enjoy the Buddhist cultural here.

Day 5: Pisang to Nawal
After breakfast we head up hill to upper pisang where you could see nice monastery and super
view of Mt. Annapurna II and III, Gangapurna, Lamjunghimal and others. After here we continue our trek throw pipe forest and climb steep up hill for about an hour to gharu and level walk from here takes us to Nawal. Nawal is a big village with lots of mane wall. Nice view of mountain could be seen from here as well. Trekking time: approx.4- 5 hours Heights: Nawal 3600m Overnight in tea house.
Day 6: Nawal to Manang
Your day start with down hill walk for about an hour and level walk through pine forest and pasture field which takes us to Braga where we meet the road again and follow the road all the way to manang where you see colourfulchortens ,monastery, Tibetan style house,culture and landscape. Perfect mountain view could been seen from here. Trekking time: approx. 4-5 hours Heights: Manang 3540m Overnight in tea house.
Day7: Manang rest day
Today is an acclimatization day, to rest and let your body adjust. If you feel good you have many options for exploring - a visit to the 'Hundred Ruppee Lama' at the cave gompa above Manang, a short hike to Milarepa's cave across the river from Braga, the HRA talk, or a tour of Manang's many bakeries.
Day 8. Manang to Khangsar
After exploring manangits the time to explore khangsar. We head after breakfast crossing the river up hill and then level walk passing mane walls toKhangsar. Khangsar is also a Tibetan style village with old monastery. You could enjoy the nice mountain view from here as well. Trekking time: approx. 3-4 hours Heights: Khangsar 3700m overnight in teahouse
Day 9: Khangsar to Yak Kharka
Start your day with up hill walk for about one and half hour looking over mountains specially, Mt. Tilicho which could be seen very closer and chances to see lots of blue sheeps. We cross over the river again and follow toward Yak Kharka. Nice mountain view could been seen from here as well. Trekking time: approx. 4 -5 hours Heights: Yak Kharka 4018m

Day 10: Yak Kharka to Phedi
Today you have an easy two or three hour walk up to the lodge at ThorungPhedi where you will have lunch and stay overnight there getting to bed early for your early morning start the next day; the big pass day. Trekking time: approx. 3 hours Heights: ThorungPhedi 4450m Overnight in tea house.
Day 11: Thorangphedi- Thorung La - Muktinath
Today you hit the trail early for about 5 hour walk to the top of the Thorung La at 5416m. From where you could see surrounding peaks as well as some part of Mustang. The descent is almost as demanding as the ascent to the top of the pass, with a steep rough trail down to Muktinath. Muktinath is an important pilgrimage site for Buddhists and Hindus, sacred for its auspicious combination of earth, fire and water. Trekking time: approx. 10-11 hours Heights: Thorung La 5416m, Muktinath 3760m Overnight in tea house.
Day 12: Muktinath trek to Jomsom
This morning you have an easy walkfollowing the road down to the Kali Gandaki riverbed, which you follow down to Jomsom. The Kali Gandaki valley gets very windy in the afternoons so it's a good idea to keep moving on the trail and get into Jomsom in time for lunch if possible. Trekking time: approx. 6 hours Heights: Jomsom 2670m Overnight in tea house.
Day 13: Jomsom - Pokhara
In the early morning you have an amazing 25 minute flight down the Kali Gandaki River Valley toPokhara.
