From June to September is hot and humid and also the monsoon period. It can be very hot and humid in Chitwan National Park at this time of year. Otherwise it could be done all year around.

•  Comprehensive travel insurance that covers emergency evacuation from remote mountain locations as well as the standard cover like trip cancellation, lost baggage and etc.

Itinerary

Day 1: Drive to the Chitwan National Park which is around 5 hours drive and Meeting upon arrival at the bus station. Transfer to community home stay. After lunch, village walk and later on local cooking class and enjoy local dinner with traditional cultural dance.

Overnight: Home stay
Meals: Lunch/Dinner

Day 2: Explore chitwan national park
Early morning you will do a canoe trip on the river to spot crocodiles in the surface and on the riverbanks. From here do natures walk and after lunch enjoy jeep safari to see the wild life or opt cycling excursion tour through tharu land and it's cycling trail.

Overnight: Home stay
Meals: B/L/D

Note: Jeep safari remains close on monsoon period due to government rules. Normally the jeep safari inside the park is open from November to June month only. But there is possibility of denying the jeep safari inside the park by government with out any prior notice as well.

Day 3: After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu or pokhara or sunauli.
