Backpacker Hangzhou Getaway (2 Days)
Head outside busy Shanghai by bullet train to explore the beautiful city of Hangzhou. Hangzhou is a landmark from ancient times when it was called “Heaven on Earth”. Today, Hangzhou is still interesting but not quite as laid-back as in the past. Like many Chinese towns, it has grown to become a bustling destination. Our local guide will take you by bicycle to visit West Lake, the symbol of Hangzhou, to avoid the crowds, taste the local snacks at famous Hefang Foodie street, and visit the Chinese Tea Museum to taste the local Chinese favorite: Dragon Well Tea.
