Day 1: Arrival package at New Road Guest House
After a long journey we will ensure you have a comfortable stay in the hectic city of Bangkok. One of our staff will meet you at the airport with a sign of Go Beyond logo and your name. If you cannot find our staff with the sign, please contact the ATTA office in the arrival hall, and they will help you. Upon arrival at New Road Guest House you will be checked in to your accommodation. The first day is free for you to do as you please. We have experienced Travel Advisors at the guest house, ready to give you free travel advice and answer any questions you might have.

Day 2: Bike the backstreets of Bangkok and explore Bangkok’s Green Lung
Start your first full day in Bangkok with a slow breakfast and ask the Travel Advisors for advice and recommendation on Bangkok.
Today’s Bike tour begins near Tara Hotel on Sukhumvit Road, Soi 26, where you will meet at 13:00. You are responsible for your own transport to and from Sukhumvit, Soi 26. You can go by taxi or by sky train to Phrom Phong station. You will cycle from Tara Hotel through the lively Klong Toey market, far away from Bangkok's congested roads. Here you’ll find a year-round, colorful mixture of Thai and Chinese goods for sale. The route will also take you through a working-class neighborhood, where you can experience yet another side of the metropolis. You’ll also pass through “Little Chinatown”, where children enthusiastically wave and yell “hello” at the unusual sight of foreigners on bicycles. When you cross the river, you will enter the jungle area, cycling on the narrow concrete pathways and enjoying the natural environment and cozy atmosphere among the local people. The rest of the evening is free to do as you please. (B)

Day 3: Backwaters of Bangkok and departure for Koh Pha Ngan

Have you breakfast and prepare to checkout before you start your Backwaters of Bangkok tour at 09:00 from the Lobby of New Road Guest House. After a short walk you embark a longtail boat and move down the Chao Phraya the main river in Bangkok, with amazing backdrop views of the Bangkok skyline, before making a turn to enter the klongs. You will pass a range of local wooden stilt houses with clothes hanging to be dried in the sun, a local "7 eleven", klong style. Feel the atmosphere of having entered the klongs. You will hear Thai music being played from the houses, you will see birds looking at the trespassing boats, if you are lucky you will spot one of the sunbathing lizards.
The first stop is at the temple Wat Khun Chan where you will be inspired by the postmodern temples on one side of the klongs and the feeling of old days on the other with the beauty of the river crossing through the landscape. From there it’s onwards to the artist place, with old wooden walkways with artists, an old barber shop, an old grocery, vintage posters, colors of freedom, and a small stupa licking the sunlight. Feel the quietness surrounding this place.
You will continue to the orchid farm where your guide will share his thorough knowledge about the orchids and how to make a lunch pack with materials found in the nature – a quite amazing place. A stop will be made where you can feed holy Catfish. It’s a remarkable sight when hundreds of fish come to the surface seemingly out of nowhere!
Upon leaving the klongs you will see several houses on stilts and how locals live in small houses on the river. Then we leave the quietness and get back to noisy, Chao Phraya River and the majestic grand palace. The tour ends at the Chao Phraya River, Pier 9 around 12.30. From here you can visit the temples on your own, continue to the shopping malls or take the public ferry and sail back to New Road Guest House.

After the trip it is possible to relax at New Road Guest House in the lobby and get a shower before you have to transfer yourself to the pick up place for the overnight bus to Koh Pha Ngan. You have to be at the pick up place no later than 20.00. The service guides at New Road Guest House will be happy to assist you with a map and the information you need to get there in time. (B)

Day 4: Arrival Koh Pha Ngan - The party island
Check in from 12.00 at your accommodation upon arrival at Koh Pha Ngan. When you arrive at the pier you can feel the vibe and the atmosphere on the island as a lot of young party seekers are arriving to enjoy the famous full moon party. Jump in one of the many shared taxi or minivans and tell the driver that you are going to Same Same in Haad Rin. It is a thrilling ride up and down steep hills, so make sure to hold on tight. Upon arrival at Same Same you have to ask for Heidi or Christina. They will then check you in to either Same Same or another guest house nearby. The rooms are basic but fine – but hey a real party animal will stay in the sun and party all night, so no need to splash all your money for honey moon suites at this time. One dime more for buckets on the beach will be a better choice in this occasion. Kick back relax and enjoy that you have arrived.

Day 5: Activity day - Koh Pha Ngan
Today you will have an option of choosing between three tours. You will be asked upon arrival on day one for which tour you want to join. Tour 1: A trip around the island will be arranged. On this tour you will visit a waterfall and one of the sacred temples on the island. For lunch we will picnic at one of the northern beaches where there is an opportunity for some good snorkelling or swimming. Tour 2: Explore the islands hidden paths on an afternoon bike tour. You will ride through the jungle with experienced guides who will point out places of interest hidden away from the normal tourist trails. Tour 3: Thai Cooking Class – here you will learn to cook like a real Thai chef. Regardless of which trip you choose we will finish off the day with dinner back at Same Same. (D)

Day 6: Activity day - Koh Pha Ngan
Today we have to be active again and you will again have an option of choosing your trip of choice. Tour 1: We will go on a boat trip where we visit the beaches west of Koh Pha Ngan. You will have the chance to see a waterfall and enjoy snorkelling at one of the other good spots on the island. After a good lunch the boat will return back to Same Same. Tour 2: Wipeout as know form TV – yes, you will be able to go and try a simplified field with several challenges and obstacles. After finishing of the days activities another nice dinner will be served at night as you can feel the big night is sneaking closer and closer. (D)

Day 7: Activity day - Koh Pha Ngan
Full moon partyyyy…. No need to explain, just enjoy the show! Same Same’s famous full moon buffet will kick off the party of a lifetime. (D)

Day 8: Chill day - Koh Pha Ngan
Sleep in - because today there are no activities planned for you. Wake up and slender to the beach, walk around Haad Rin and treat yourself with a good meal at some of the small restaurants in town.
