A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999, Umphang Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the best places in Thailand for jungle trekking as it remains largely untroubled by mass tourism. You will discover breath-taking mountain scenery, trek through the dense jungle, go for a refreshing swim at Tee Lor Su waterfall, and raft down the Mae Klong river. You’ll spend the night in comfort-style tent at the waterfall basecamp and relax in the spectacular nature.

Day 1: Mae Sot to Umphang
You will be picked up from Mae Sot Airport or Mae Sot Bus Terminal by a local English-speaking guide. From there you will be traveling by minivan for approximately 4 – 5 hours, we will make a stop for lunch at a local restaurant on the way to Umphang.
Upon arrival to Umphang, you will be dropped off at Takasu Resort where you will be spending your first night.
The rest of the day is left free for you to relax and to prepared yourself for the adventure tomorrow! Your Thai food set will be served for dinner at the resort.

Accommodation: Overnight at Tukasu Resort, or similar.
Note: Please, prepare your belongings for 1 day of rafting and 1 night camping in tent.
Day 2: Rafting
Get up early this morning and enjoy your breakfast at the resort before checking out for your pick-up. Your journey starts at 8:00 am with a Songthaew ride through the jungle.
Dress light today! The adventure starts with rafting on the Kwai Yai River, the mother of Mae Kong River. You will be rafting through beautiful scenery, seeing waterfall and high cliffs. We’ll take a break at this nice spot, where you can warm your body in the hot spring before we continue rafting through this charming hidden jungle.
After your little adventure on the rubber raft, you will be picked-up again by Songthaew (open pick-up truck) and drive approximately 1.5 - 2 hours to Tee Lor Su Basecamp, where you will be sleeping in tent surrounding by nature.

Accommodation: Overnight in comfort tent at Tee Lor Su Basecamp.
Day 3: Trekking
After breakfast, we will trek about 2 km through the remote jungle to the biggest and highest waterfall in Thailand Tee Lor Su. Enjoy the beauty of rainforest and swim in one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Thailand before we head back to the basecamp.
Today, you will end your little adventure in the jungle by taking the Songthaew back to Mae Sot. Before dropping you off at the hotel in Mae Sot, we will make a stop for lunch approximately at around 13:00 pm. After arriving in Mae Sot and checked-in to your accommodation, you will have the rest of the day at your leisure. Dinner will be on your own arrangement, you can enjoy many delicious dishes that are loved by Thai and foreigners at your hotel.

Day 4: Departure from Mae Sot
Enjoy your breakfast on the last day in Mae Sot, you will have time to relax after breakfast until check-out time.
You will be picked-up at the hotel and transferred to Mae Sot Airport or Mae Sot Bus Terminal to continue to your next destination.
