Day 1: Hanoi to Ngoc Hoa Village.
You will be picked you up from your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 - 8:40AM and depart towards Ngoc Hoa Village. On the way, you will pass fields with busy workers farming their rice fields using traditional methods of cultivation.

After a couple of hours, you will arrive in Ngoc Hoa Village. Settle in and enjoy a cup of tea with the local family. You'll go for a bike ride around the country lanes and see some old traditional houses while enjoying the peaceful lifestyle of the local people, get interact with the locals, explore the rural Vietnamese architecture and traditional culture. Then you’ll return to your local family for lunch.

With stomachs full it's time to wear traditional farmer’s clothing. You will start the farming work, including ploughing and raking with buffalo on the rice field. You can ride the buffalo, cultivating rice while a farmer explains the farming process of the wet rice.

Change pace and go by bus to see the Khuc Thua Du Temple. Khuc Thua Du began to rule the country when the Tang Dynasty collapsed and is considered the ruler who marked the beginning of the independent Vietnam. This is an old temple in the north of Vietnam. Proceed for a sampan-boat trip around the stork island located in Chi Lang Nam commune. The island is located right in the middle of a broad lake with tens of thousands of stork and herons residing and nesting. The stork island is a home to 20,000 stork, more than 7,000 herons of various kinds and precious birds such as pelicans and teal residing together.

Enjoy cooking your own dinner at the cooking class and relax in the evening or join “Soil Firecracker” (Phao Dat).

Day 2: Hanoi to Halong Bay
This morning, you'll leave Ngoc Hoa Village and head to Halong Bay. Enjoy the peaceful scenery through the countryside with paddy fields of rice and we will make a short break along the way.

Once arriving at Tuan Chau Hobor, you will be transferred by boat to Fantasea Cruise. Enjoy your welcome drink, check-in to your accommodation, relax, have your lunch that is served at the restaurant and begin cruising to Halong Bay.

We will head to either Titop beach or Soi Sim beach to swim, take pictures and get refresh. We will also go explore the surprising cave, discover the Fairy lake cave (if time permits and if it is possible with the weather condition). 

After all the water activities, you will return to the boat and learn how to make spring rolls.

Your dinner is served at the restaurant in the evening, then the rest of the night is left free for you to do squid fishing, playing board games, watching movies, drinking on the sundeck while gazing at the sky full of stars or even go for karaoke night!

Day 3: Halong Bay to Lan Ha Bay and to Halong Bay
Get up early to catch the beautiful sunrise and get a bit of exercise doing kayak before your breakfast is served.

After breakfast, you'll take another boat to Lan Ha Bay. You'll go discover Lan Ha Bay, go for a swim, kayak, high jump and cycling at either Van Boi area or Dark and Light caves (if time and weather permits).

Lunch is served on boat, while you admiring the beauty of Lan Ha Bay.

You'll head back to Fantasea boat around late afternoon and cruise to the night's sleeping point.

Your dinner will be served at the restaurant this evening. After delicious meal, you can join the fishing excursion, watch a movie, have some drinks at the bar, play games or even lay down and relax with your favorite book.

Day 4: Halong Bay to Hanoi
Breakfast is served around the same time this morning with coffee and tea. You'll have the whole morning to relax and enjoy more activities on Halong Bay. Immerse yourselves in this amazing location of Halong Bay on your last day over lunch as we are cruising to the harbor.

Once arriving to the mainland, you will end your trip by taking the bus to Hanoi and get drop-off at your hotel or at the drop-off points around Hanoi Old Quarter.
